I know it' s been a while. I just wanted to share some info. The AC Food and Wine Festival is going down July 30th-August 2nd. The event will host several food and wine tastings as well as celeb chef demos. Also appearances from some of your favorite Food Network and Bravo chefs. Tickets and a full schedule of events can be found on www.acfoodandwine.com. I'll be there saturday for one of Emeril's demos and maybe even the champagne seminar!
